I believe that bringing the queen in the early stages of the game brings about quick game result.. Is it true?

Its like unzipping your pants without any foreplay

it is true.

heres a way that makes it simple- at the start of the game your opponent gives you 2 offers..

1.start without a queen and I will start without a bishop.. deal?

2.start without a queen and I will start without a knight?

both times you would say no. same in the game, they will continue to harass your queen around, forcing you to waste time (as you dont want to lose the queen for a lesser piece)
