there's quite a few lines of the sicilan like that.  for white, at least.  I also play the king's gambit, and sometimes castling long is the only option.

The Papa-Ticulat Gambit in the Horwitz Attack against the French often utilizes a queenside castle. Not sure how often that opening would actually come up, though.

The Centre Game springs to mind--to my mind it only makes sense as a way of developing the queenside quickly and getting castled on that side as soon as possible.

Against the sicilian I castle queenside alot. It also tends to happen for black in the french defence advance variation, where he usually plays f6 attacking e5 and if white takes black might take back with the g pawn, giving him an extremely strong pawn center, an open g file and white's center is destroyed. Black takes advantage of this by castling long and using his center and g file for good attacking chances.

There aren't many. In most openings kingside castling is much more common.

As White, the King's Indian: Saemisch variation is geared towards castling queenside. Same goes for most Sicilian openings.

As Black, the Scandinavian Defense gives you the flexibility to castle either way. Also, you can castle queenside if your opponent plays 1. c4, and you want to play an aggressive reversed Sicilian.
