After KxN, Bc4+ followed by Nc3 and 0-0, I guess? I haven't seen this before.
This is the Cochrane Gambit. According to Eric Schiller in Standard Chess Openings, it is refuted by 5.d4 Qe8!; 6.Bd3 (6.Nc3 c6!; 7. Bd3 Bg4!; 8.f3 Bh5 and White does not have enough compensation for the sacrificed piece.) 6...c5; 7.dxc5 (7.d5 is met by 7...c4; 8.Bxc4 Qxe4+; 9.Be2 Qxd5) 7...d5!; 8.Nc3 dxe4; 9.Nxe4 Bf5!; 10.f3 Bxc5; 11.Qe2 Nxe4; 12.fxe4 Be6; 13.Rf1+ Kg8 with a winning position for Black.
