Hi

I am looking for a Scotch game played by Steinitz himself (as Black) that he lost in his favourite 4...Qh4 Scotch Steinitz variation.

I saw the game recently on the internet and thought I had saved the game but now I cannot find it and despite searching the internet again for ages I cannot find it. I cannot remember the name of the White player & think it may have been played at Simpsons. Can anyone help me find this game please?

Thanks for your replay but this is not the game I am searching for.

Anyway it is still an interesting game showing Steinitz himself had trouble with his own preferred Scotch defence variation! I sympathise but mainly with the white side as when I play white against the Steinitz Scotch I struggle! It seems a sharp double edged opening for both black & white! 

I will continue searching but the internet searches are not proving successful for Steinitz Scotch.Many thanks for your help, regards
