Has anyone tried using the Boungcloud Attack (1. e4 any 2. Ke2?!) in a serious context? It seems to me that as long as the king doesn't march out into the middle of the board immediately and get checkmated that it can be used. I would say the book moves following are 2...Nc6 3. c3 d6 4. f3 Be6.

"book moves"? There are no "book moves" for 2.Ke2 because it's not even regarded as an unothadox opening. It's just bad.

The closest thing I've seen to this that could possibly be played is an early f3 and Kf2 by white. I think black must proceed normally because as bad as it looks, it can't usually be busted early.
