This situation happens 80% of the time I play, yet I can't seem to find something usefull to play.

What are my 2 best bets in this situation. I usually do Kc6, but it feels flavourless and not so usefull.

Kc6 is illegal. Perhaps you meant Nc6.

Black can develop the bishop to d7 and then c6, or to b7 after the b pawn moves. Black may also play an early d5 and if the e-pawn may recapture on d5, opening up the diagonal for the light squared bishop.

The setup posted in #2 is a very common one.

Feldmm1's posted line 1. e4 c5 2. Bc4 e6 3. Nc3 a6 4. a4 Nc6 is quite standard - I play it automatically [strictly speaking - if white co-operates on move 3 and 4  - i can't make white's moves when playing black ;)]
