I know some of the lines of the different variations of the Sicilian Defense, but I am not sure on the theory behind some of the moves. Does anyone know of a website or something where I can go and read about the theory behind the moves?

You can try Wikipedia's article on the Sicilian Defense: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sicilian_Defence. It's quite good theory-wise.
