What move gives u a better positon?

This one does,solve this puzzle to lead u into a better positon in the first few moves.

This is not a true puzzle. This is more like when they have tournaments with a specific opening that is required to be used in a tournament.

Puzzles have one best move that forces a certain condition, whether it be mate, material, etc.
