Part of the beauty of the Bongcloud is that the White King gets some action. Another part is that the White king is so active he can score Touchdowns.
Funny enough how the Mainline Bongcloud transposes into the Lasker Trap Albin Countergambit ;)
Black is losing, because the White King can get to the center, and king centralization means win! :)
I think you may have made an important contribution to Bongcloud terminology, i.e "Touchdown."
the white king is a monster
1st game #3 qh4+,kg2,ph5 is enough to get ball rolling(e5,bxp,hxgp) will finish this silliness.
your mom's silliness
f4 is inaccurate, see my correct opening theory (which has black at the slightest of advantages after a very complicated opening).
I used to play f4 frequently but decided to stick to the classic domination of the center.
coneheadzombie's first two posts are actually the Hammerschlag, which is a positional way to play the Bongcloud(similar to the Fort Knox French or the Czech Benoni in regular chess). It IS possible to get an attack in the 12.h4 line, though.
Uns0undsacrifice's game is not too good for White, who has better king development and center control but is down a piece. It used to be played a lot in the Romantic era but nowadays solid play can transpose to an endgame where the extra knight will harass the enemy king to pieces.
Coneheadzombie's third game:No! King centralization is a noble goal, but NOT at the expense of material! The Romantic Era of Bongcloud chess leads many beginners to think that king centralization is more important than material, but actually most Romantic play is unsound. In fact the Hypermodern school of Bongcloud thought states that developing pieces before your king may actually lead to a better king position as you can attack very quickly.
As for Coneheadzombie's fourth game, Black gave away a lot of material, pure blundering. Also White won instantly on move 14 when his king reached the back rank.

Down a piece?? It's materially even!!!
