Couple of things wrong with this. Firstly Black does not lose the piece back after 8...Ke6, and secondly, the game is still very much in the balance. This position is a source of interest for chess debate. You didn't do very much analysis on this did you?
I did a little research in ChessBase 9 BIG DB 2011 (which I've kept updated to right now and it's up to about 5.5 million games)
There were 23 games with the inferior (IMHO) 7.Nxf7 and the highest Elo rating playing White was 1953. There's 123 games with 7.0-0 and White's winning percentage is 83, it's only 52% with 7.Nxf7. The highest rated player playing 7.0-0 is 2579...case closed?

Also Black doesn't have to play 7...Kxf7, 7...Qe7+ is a sounder alternative.

this isn't even a lolli..... The lolli is d4 exd4 o-o

7.O-O! Be7? 8.Nxf7 gives white a tremendous initiative for no sacrificed material.
VULPES_VULPES
"lolli"? I expected anime stuff.
Mainline_Novelty
its not truely a sacrifice when NxF7 since white wins the knight back easily
He never said it was a sack, now did he?

8...Ke6 9.O-O should be winning for White but 9.Qe4+ Kf6 might not be more than a forced draw
IM pfren
Yes, he does claim nonsense.
6.d4! ed4? 7.Nxf7? Qe7+ is already better for black.
7.0-0! instead, reserving the sac to f7 for the next move, is simply devastating.
It is critical to evaluate your future position
