I need all the help i can get

I need like moves which doesnt allow black pretty much to get into these structures. Could u be bit more descriptive and give views more than just the first view. I dont particularly mean the best statistical chance also.thnx

Lets avoid sicilian for a while.

By good chance , i mean good moves by white which doesnt allow black to get into his pet line

For every possible pet line?

Eg french players like closed positions, so i need open etc.

Maybe you should try a KIA setup: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kings_Indian_Attack

That wat im thinking of doin presently. I was just checking if anything else good.

If you're having trouble combating these defenses because black always has more experience with them, do what I do: 1. e4. If e5, play Italian, Spanish, Scotch, whatever you do. If anything else play the KIA.

If you have something against KIA best chances IMO for players who don't like systems would be the Tarrasch vs. French (Me and all french plkayers are constyantly playing the advance) advance vs. Caro-Kan, and Alapin variation vs. Sicilian.

2.Qe2 is another interesting line against the French that doesn't lead to closed positions. Against the Caro I like to deviate later in the main lines with 2.d4 d5 3.Nd2 de 4.Nxe4 Bf5 5.Ng3 Bg6 6.h4 h6 7.Nh3!? which has won me 3 miniatures in my 3 OTB caros since I started playing it. All 3 opponents lost in much the same way. Against the Sicilian I'm a big fan of the main lines.

Agreed 2. Qe2 is a good offbeat try against the French -- 2. b3 also might be worth a look.

Against the CK I play 2. Nf3 d5  3. exd5 cxd5  4. Ne5 and I've had my share of opponents play 4...Bf5? or 4...d4? allowing 5. Bb5+ (against other sane 4th moves by Black you play 5. d4, transposing into a CK exchange structure).

Against the Sicilian I play 2. c3 and against Black's main tries 2...d5  3. exd5 Qxd5, and 2...Nf6  3. e5 Nd5, I delay d4 as long as possible and instead develop some minor pieces first with 4. Nf3, then Na3 and/or Bc4 as warranted.  Pretty much against all other 2nd moves by Black I play the thematic 3. d4 where it is possible; it's not against 2...Qa5?!  when I play 3. Na3!?

You can also just stop 1.e4  and play 1.c4 or 1.d4 or 1.Nf3... learn closed games.  I don't recommend that as first option, but I have mentioned in my notes about me that I stopped playing 1.e4 some many years ago because I hated facing the French.  Of course, learning to play vs the French in the Main Lines is a great sign your chess has truly evolved and become 'strong'.  What French players fear the most, are NOT the KIA or the ones who play weird second moves to avoid it;  What FRENCH players fear most are 1.e4 players who play the main lines vs the French very well.

Try Candyland.  I hear it's a pretty sweet game.

Curse that queen frostine card!  (Unless I get it, then it was totally fair).
