I was wondering if any of you knew the best lines to use the london system.  What i mean by this is black's move one response which the london system is effective against.  Meaning....1...d5 or 1...Nf6 etc...  Thanks for the help. 

I use the London System against 1...d5, I hate playing against Queen's Gambit Accepted, I sometimes use it against 1...Nf6. There is a book called Ideas Behind the Modern Chess Openings by Lane that covers the London System including its use by Kasparov.

It's even effective against h5!

It depends. If your opponent is playing 2. Nf3, then 2...c5 is pretty darn effective because to get the best play he will have to switch out of the London.

This is actually the reason why "Winning with the London" builds its repertoire around 2...Bf4, which is more committal but allows London play against a vaster variety of setups.
