I am studying grunfeld and when I came to confront the early fiancheto line,I 've benn able of course to find works from KID and Grunfeld but not this line. Why I am asking this?It 's because I can not find the name in databases and I 've seen it scores very well for black from club player to very high rated.I computer checked too(houdini depth 28,eval 0.08 for those interested in computer assesments).
    Thanks for your support!

I am a little new to this cyberchessworld, and I feel as if i don´t belong to it. A question and a hint: question: how can i put a gamediagram to be analized by houdini or another program? The hint: why don´t you try putting moves in different order so the computer could identify the opening as grunfeld?

    yours respectfully

I found it, it 's a transposition to fianchetto benoni lines. But when in a computer it identifies as grunfeld with this move order and on internet databases I looked it was also the case.Thx

I'm not sure what you should do here. Technically you need to know what to do when White decides on d5 and when he doesn't.

Give it a chance!  In a few more moves, you'll know what opening it is.

To anthonyCG: of coursethere is the d5 advance and so on and that 's why I was wondering why computer assesed this shot as good as 3....d5 or 3...Bg7 4 Bg2 d5 and other sequences leading to grunfeld fianchetto.I think going tipically Grunfeld should be a more human handling.
