I'm a fan of the reversed Nimzo Indian, which is called the Nimzo-Larsen.

I don't know if you are counting inversions, but I play the inverted Hanham for white, which is a reverse of the Philidor Hanham variation.  I also play the move order sort of "backwards" which allows me to avoid the Scandinavian.  Play usually looks like this (as I play it):
