Chess team division system

Teams should be ranked by their number of members and team match points.There can be 1-50 members ,50-100,100-150,150-200,200-300 and 300+divisions.That may be fairer than before.

Little teams will never be able to beat big teams like The Power of Chess.

I beg to differ. Small groups will be even far more powerful than large ones, provided that all the members of a small group are strong.

I'v got a little group with 28 members.  we can almost match up against other qroups if there are about 3 players in the match, but that's no fun for everyone else. I really don't like it when we've got a 1348 player against a 1873.
