In the past few weeks I have been loosing  a few games on time  ,  and  after  watching  my time extra  carefull I know now for sure that something is wrong here .

I play my games everyday  pretty much at the same time  , I come home from work around 4 pm , look at my games , and make a move in the ones I don't have much time left .  After that I play  for a few  hours till  8  or 9 pm . every day .Still I run out of time in a few games , every week a few , very frustrading , the only way to avoid this is become a member , since you then are prorected from running out of time .

Am I the only one having a problem with this  ?   I know for sure that  I did NOT run out of time  , what can I do about this  ?

Well, you may already know this, but please note that some games are 3-day-per-move and some are 1, 2, 5, 7, 10, and 14.

Look at the time left you have in the details section of your message board. That will tell you how much time you have left on a game.  Some game are from 1 day to 14 days.   If you still have a problem after that, contact tech support and report the problem. They would be able to fix  it.

You should get a membership to prevent those time-outs.
