Well chess.com has introduced the tournament system!! I wish Nobody leaves this tournament now, coz this type of format cant be found there.. I will try to create a nice tournament there too.. and will inform all.. Thank you..

as team leader of his team I wrote to him yesterday exlaining who to play, time per move etc. I have messaged him again as well. He was online last night, perhaps he doesn't see he has messages. If we get no reaction perhaps one of the late people of similar rating could take his place?
