    To become a much stronger chess player I did this simple system for a few months:

    After each of your moves do either:

    30 push ups

    or

    50 curls with a 5-10lb weight, 50 per arm that is.

    Every time you lose do an extra 50 push ups, when you win do 50 jumping jacks.

    After a month of this I saw significant results :) It's a good habit to get into if you intend on sitting infront of the computer playing chess all day.  If you want to take this even further do 50 crunches each time you blunder.

    Top chess players usually do follow a physical exercise regimen.  Though not necessarily like the one here described...
