Folks need to remember these forums are public and as such are visible to any and all members. A certain amount of self-restraint is called for and while it may seem fun to push the envelope, it can also be not just inappropriate but actually self-defeating.

Hey ! careful here , remember this is my month !
corrijean
Don't worry, kco, we won't post anything controversial.
Controversial is a tightrope... it's ok until someone gets careless.
Yes, there are definitely good ways and bad ways to discuss controversial topics.
TheGrobe
Discussing contraversial topics is one thing, violating personal boundaries is another.
Given the generally understood chess demographics, Chess.com must have a hard enough time attracting women as customers without someone scaring off the patrons like that.
I think if I were in chess.com's shoes I'd issue one stern warning demanding a "cease and desist" on the direct advances on the female members (and those that appear to be) followed by an immediate account closure if it wasn't heeded.
and what about the person who provoke the army, church, teacher and creepers ?

Poor ProKnight, neglected his May CPOTM thread just a little too long.
Holy cow !
That's not how you pronounce "car" -- is your accent really that thick? No wonder I can't understand you.
Conquistador
I cannot understand anything people say unless it is ended with the appropriate eh.
Totally, eh?
ProKnight on the way to launch the May CPOTM II, thread.

We're re-doing April
Maybe kco can be the first repeat winner of the same month?

Ok, I have blocked some members that were greating all this commotion.
Now, I just want to say, this topic is solely for CPOTM competition. I don't want anything to do with some weird outside topic to be talked about in this forum.
Next month, I'm planning to start a forum topic related to CPOTM but that is where all the discussion can go, pictures, talking about different members; but make sure it still has some aspect of CPOTM. In addition to the CPOTM forum topic for discussion, I will create the usual CPOTM topic where it will ONLY be about nominations, voting, eliminations; no pictures, discussions, etc.
I received a few messages from people who wanted to withdraw. I will withdraw you guys, but you can reenter if you want, just message me ASAP.
I already blocked some members, and I do not want to block more. Please don't let this happen again, follow the light rules. I have already let many things go: posting pictures, videos, some off topic discusssions, etc.
If we get this one locked, is March still open?
Edit: Oops, ProKnight is back.
Now that would be impressive
So...are we in April or March?
