Hi: How do I find persons with a similar rating to challenge to a game? I new to chess and to this site. I've only played 17 games--3 rated.

Click on MY HOME and then CLICK on Online Chess and then:

View Players

Or don't forget the ever popular OPEN SEEKS or START GAME.  You can see the would be opponent's rating in the former or specify a range of acceptablr ratings in the latter.  Good Luck

Join a tournament (or create one!) with regulated entry based on ratings.
