I know that Marcel Duchamp was a chess-addicted and that he even quit art activity to fully dedicate himself to chess, but i never had the opportunity to read one of his commented game. Does anyone know where can i find some more information about Duchamp's chess practice?

This is also a my idea, as probably you know (http://www.chess.com/forum/view/general/kasparov---karpov).

I was just waiting for her to read this topic, and decide whether to respond or not, wanting not to annoy her too directly.

Actually, Duchamp didn't exactly quit art for chess. But he did devote more and more time to chess and was less public with his art in the late 1920's early 1930's.  I consider Duchamp one of the true genius' of the 20th century. His conceptions were, and still are in many respects, mind-boggling.  Just about everyhting I know of Duchamp (art and chess) that's worth writing, I put here: Chess and the Surrealists
