Calling the king-move the Pillsbury's mate is a bit of a misnomer, if we follow the designation by authors IM Jonathan Tisdall (Improve Your Chess Now) and Vladimir Vukovic (The Art of Attack in Chess) who christened the following pattern as Pillsbury's Mate:
