Hmmm... tough one. Radjabov is strongest in complex middlegames while Capablanca is strongest in simplified positions. If they were to play with no time for Capablanca to get aquainted with modern theory then I'm favoring Radjabov but if Capablanca has a few months to prepare, he's the favorite.

Unreasonable question, since the prerequisites are completely different. However, Capablanca proved himself as the absolute best. Radjabov has not (yet). So in this respect, Capablanca is the greater chess player by far. But Radja is still young.

Modern GMs are so far advanced compared to the old masters... it's not just openings, it's strategy, defence, tactics and endgames as well. The game has changed.

You'd have to let Capablanca grow up all over again, but this time with databases, good trainers, international tournaments everywhere, strong computer opponents, half a library of books and a century of accumulating chess knowledge at his disposal. Then he'd probably win. But that's hardly the same...

Capablanca thought the game was nearly analysed out!

Hmm if Capablanca had all those prequisites such as computers, opening data bases, fritzs etc he would be Anatoly Karpov of course!

Radjabov is still young and will rapidly improve.

In a best of 12 game match Radjabov as he is now ( around 2750 ish) against   Capablanca.

    7-5. Radjabov's way.

but Radjabov( now) vs a modern day capablanca at his peak ?

    7.5 -4.5 Capablanca's way.

Radjabov at his expected peak (2800ish in 5 years time) vs Capavblanca at his peak no computers ?

    8-4 Radjabov's way

I completely agree with Scrarblac.  Capa wasn't very accurate in his openings, even in his heyday. that was why he was beaten by Alekhine for the world title. Should Capa be playing to-day, he would be outclassed by our present day super grandmastersm even without the use of computers & data bases.  Modern Chess theory has advanced tremendously over the last 100 years. Even the average players  to-day would have been considered to be in the "A" class in those days! Just a shade below master-level.
