After several forum searches I didn't find such a thread, so this thread is for INTELLIGENT discussion related to the controversy which has surrounded Kasparov and Deep Blue for the past 11+ years. No insulting others, keep it under control.

Topics to discuss:

Why were Deep Blue's games not released to Kasparov upon request?

Did a human player interfere during Game 2 to ensure Deep Blue didn't take the free pawn?

Why were the computer logs from the game witheld afterwards?

Why was a rematch declined?

All thoughts welcome! :D

I'm not sure how. If someone could walk me through it, or post the game themselves, I'd be greatly appreciative.
