Is the 3rd player the same guy caught cheating in the Bundesliga?
If the answer is yes, could anyone ask him which software he is using to get that rating at bullet?
he wasn't caught cheating, he just refused to hand over his phone, and his bullet games are perfectly human.
Phones shouldnt be allowed in the playing room , they should be left in the car or at home .

I don't see any of his games, and he refused to hand his phone, because otherwise everyone would see that when he left the playing area for the bathroom (strangely when he had to move!), he would use that time analyzing the position with a chess engine on his phone.
