Mine is GM Ian Rogers he is still the highest Australian chess player. I dont know how long he has been the highest, but wow he is good!  so who is yours?....Cool

As much as I love playing, I don't really keep up with the players here like I should.  I was always a bigger fan of the old guard- Morphy, Marshall, Fischer- but I'm sure you mean living players!

GM Yury Shulman because he does a lot of work with kids and is the only GM I've ever met.
