I'm curious why this site only has # of days but no 5 or 10 minute chess. Can somebody tell me why?

They will implement live chess with features such as Blitz and Lightning and Standard Chess Time controls soon, I believe.  Until then, go to www.chess.com/play/live.html to experience the Beta version.
