Chess.com's biggest problem seems to be often off topic forums.

There is always the wandering newbie to the internet, but some are purposefully annoying us.

I think you just reported yourself with a bad attempt at humor (that joke is too old)...

we have a link like that: Report Abuse :) but i'm not sure he was being intentionally spammy, but using an inappropriate method of showing frustration. i have deleted some of those posts.
