In reponse to something you said in another topic about most players liking the ads, I would like you to know that I do not.  I have no idea what percentage of users agree with me, but I thought you should know.

I do completely recognize that I enjoy free use of a great site, for which I am very grateful, and that you should be compensated for your time.  The ads are a small price to pay, and they certainly will not lead to me leaving the site (at least one person has said this in a forum).  I just don't want you to be misinformed or making false claims about the ads' popularity if many users agree with me.

 A suggestion to make the ads more tolerable: find a way to rotate them.  I think it's the fact that I have to stare at the same one for 24 hours that bugs me.  Rotating every 2 seconds would be just as bad, but perhaps they could be switched every time we move between pages.  I don't know enough about computers to know the viability of such programming, but I would think it could be done.

 Again, I love this site and I understand the ads, but could there maybe be some variety?

here's an idea, if someone doesnt like the look of the ads, design some new ones and send them to erik. i'm sure he would accept free quality designs.

I'm really just taking issue with the fact that he asserted that most players like the ads when I do not.

thank you! i am now painfully aware of the fact that most people do NOT like these ads. i will do some new ones over the next few days! :)
