I've noticed these sometimes get stuck and won't go away. Just thought I'd mention it.

Yes, I have experienced this as well. Once you get your next alert the old stuck alert should disappear.

I have one now.  It hasn't gone away--- even when the next alert has come in.  I've even turned off the site.  Any suggestions?
