Anand won the candidates and has his confidence back. In the first match he only scored 6 draws in nine games, so he almost has to do better in the rematch. I think the problems he faces are Carlsen's youth and superior strength based on their respective ratings. I just don't see Anand pulling it off, although I suspect he will win at least one game in the rematch.

It doesnt matter who wins this match .All I hope is that, this time we will witness 1. e4 games played often by these two titans. And spectacular games of course.

I just read a cool interview with Vladimir Kramnik who says Anand stands a much better chance this second time around.
