According to mine, there's only been a couple of thousand Queen's Gambits played - and under "my games" nothing shows up at all...

I can`t access my games at all. I`ve reported it already and the Chess.com staff replied:

My Games no longer even seems an option

I had trouble with FIrefox after the recent chess.com changes. I had to go back to Safari. (I have a Mac.)

My Games in the GE seem fine to me. Using Chrome. 

I have only been able to see master games for about 2 weeks.  I can't see my games or any other specific player.  I have tried multiple browsers on multiple pc's.

Sorry all - we have been doing work on our explorer games/database. Rest assured, all of your data is still there. It will eventually kick in and start working - hold tight!

Why couldn't we be warned this was going to happen, and have been given some sort of timetable?

Basics, really.

How about a timetable now?  And if it was going to take so long - I understand we are talking MILLIONS of games...why did you not keep the old explorer live while the games were copied to the new explorer.  Some of us do heavy usage with explorer...not just my games but knowing what my opponent favors doing in an opening, and how well they do it.

if I go into explorer, I see all the masters games.  If I click on "My Games" there are no games listed at all.  I have put a few players in "other players games" and I have found a couple who have some games, and they are adding slowly.  Yesterday, one player I know (a 2 year member) had about 2000 games listed, today they have 2500.  The vast majority of names I put in though, come back as no games found.

Hrieger - that is most likely because your games are still in the queue to be imported. Hang tight!

And one more time...

The issue I have since the format change is that the vote chess screen goes blank (blue).  If I try to analyze games I cannot expand the window in order to take back moves, etc. 

Also, I cannot look at players' info from the chat boxes, because words are overtyped on each other.
