I have been looking at some of the "chess articles" and it seems that they are mearly 3 lines with a game attached.  I think we need to have a separate Forum for these types of games (maybe called "Analyzed games" or "Interesting Analyzed games").  When I think of article, I think of more literature based scholarly article with examples and rich text to go along with it.

I would like to see chess.com articles to be very informative, and as of now I see them as just another 'normal' game to be played through.

My opinion... thoughts?

I agree, but Chess.com already has a Game Analysis section. So all that is needed is a clear announcement or message that "just another game" should be posted in the forum (or maybe in their own blog).

Yes, I was thinking that game analysis might have it's own subsections.

1.  Games for analysis

2.  Analyzed games

3.  Epic Games

4.  Fun Games

.... ect.  Whatever the creators feel needed.

Interesting. My concept of article is also more related to a longer writing with something to explain, not just "let's analyze this position".

There are over 80 articles without any games and very little comments or any indication they are being read.  There are 47 amazing games articles, most annotated that takes 5 times as long to write and lots of comments and the games being played over.  In addition, there are hundreds of mini articles in the chessopedia, but very little read.  But who is contributing any article at all, other than 2 or 3 folks here.  And what type of article?  Lot of folks put their articles in the forums.  And how do you know if an article is of interest?  I guess my feedback and my interest are the amazing games with this capability of playing over the games and alternative moves with light notes.  If you want to put the Amazing Games or anything else other than "articles" in a forum, then fine.  Let's see some others write or contribute those scholarly articles with examples and rich text.

I am sorry for this post... I did not realize there was already an 'amazing games' section in the articles.  I didn't know there were subsections at all.
