Well, this short film is finally available on YouTube, so I am finally able to post it here so that all of you can see what I look like underneath my Batman mask.  Cool

This was made as part of a 48-hour film challenge.  The whole movie was written, shot, and edited in 48-hours (written Friday night, shot all day Saturday, and edited on Sunday).  So keep that in mind before nitpicking little details.  Wink

There were 300 films sent in from all over the country, and only 30 of them received awards (they are no longer posted on their web site, so the old link I had posted is no good anymore).  We won Best Spy Genre.

This is my best work on the web so far.  Not only am I in every scene, and in almost every shot, but I helped write it, and edit it.  Considering how little time we had to make it, I think it came out looking great!!

There's a small glass chess set in the background about 4 minutes in (3:51-3:55 and 4:15-4:17), when I'm going to the file cabinet.  You have to be looking for it or you'll miss it.  Wink

Also, I've been bugging the director to give me an edited copy with all the swear words bleeped out, but he still hasn't made one, so be warned: there is some foul language in here.  Sorry.

Hope you enjoy it!!

Nice film!

By the way, you should probably have some sort of language warning in your first post... just a thought! Wink

It's behind me.  As I'm walking up to the file cabinet, it's to the right of me (my left, screen right), along the wall, on a small glass table.  It's probably easier to see if you can view it on full screen mode.

Shot: I spil the water.

Shot: She gets out of her seat.

Shot: She walks around the desk, and I go up to the file cabinet.  This is the best view of the chess set.  Trust me.  It's a chess set.  Wink

Shot: She's grabbing the paper towels (under the obligatory flyswatter that had to be visible).

Shot: Close up on the files.

Shot: I'm placing the file in my clipboard.  The chess set is behind me.

Shot: She walks back into the room.

Great short film... sure I've seen you before though, a chain wrapped around your neck in one of the Die Hard movies. Laughing

Can we start a category for best hip hop music video starring a classic car belonging to a chess.com member?

She looks pretty good for 282,000 miles.
