Earlier I had a game where I had no bishop,  just a blank square.   I posted it in Analysis.

I have helped a lot of people out with these kinds of problems...

You are probably running a 64 bit system and using a 32 bit browser. Check to see if you are running 32 bit or 64 bit, and which Windows OS are you using? This is important because I cannot recommend a browser if I do not know what your operating system is.

But basicly, if you are running WinXP or Windows 7 with a 32 bit OS then I would recommend that you d/l (free) the Firefox browser. It works very well here for Windows 32 bit operating systems.

If you are running a 64 bit system then it depends on which Windows OS you are using?

Thanks Don.    I'm running Xubuntu Linux 12.04 (32 bit version) with the latest version of Firefox.

Sorry, I have no expertise using Linux. All I can do is give you some 'general information' which will apply to any operating system:

    1) Make sure you have at least 4 gigs of RAM memory installed

    2) Please d/l and run a quality AntiSpyware program like I mentioned above. If you have 50+ programs running in the background (as spyware does) it will degrade your connection speed. This could result in 'Slow access speed' and also 'incomplete packet transfers'. The latter one could result in the affect of showing the board with a missing piece. The computer will know that the bishop is there - but the diagram may have shown up w/o it showing due to truncation.

Please let us know after you have cleaned your system if the problem has gone away.

    Cheers, Don
