bugs

One bug that I've found is that whenever I try to use the quick engine analysis on my phone for a finished online game (to be specific, my game versus Benjaminsk), it gives a couple of impossible moves that it says leads to mate in one, and then the app crashes.  Only that specific game, and the others are fine.  Has anyone else experienced anything like that?

Don;  you read it too fast. He said he wants to use an engine for a FINISHED on line game.

i just had my game switch to an e-cigarette ad when I was within 1 minute of time left. I lost, I'm never going to smoke a Vuse device, and I'm leaving chess.com.

I don't think that is what happened, colinbush.

    ERIC & kohai... (the Experts)

Have you EVER heards of such a rediculous thing happening like this!? By all my knowledge this is totally IMPOSSIBLE - UNLESS the guy was wandering with his browser, was eliminated for that, and then the ad came up because he is a non-subscribing member.

Please verify what I have said... there is NO WAY POSSIBLE a person could be playing in a blitz game and an ad popped up! What the person had to do was leave the current page and wander, then get eliminated for leaving the game. THEN the ad came up... but he could not get back to the game because he left it and so he was going to lose on time anyways.

DON;  he's been here for 2 yrs. He's not going any place. He's just venting because your right. Your doing a great job helping but, you can lead a horse to water; you3can't make him drink. Don't take it so personal. If they don't want to open their eyes, let it go. You can only do so much.   Thanks,  Ron

I am not taking it personal, Ron. I am informing ALL MEMBERS that what the person described is IMPOSSIBLE!

ALL OUR MEMBERS need to know that they are not going to be interrupted by an ad in the middle of a blitz game. The ONLY way that could happen is if you left the game in the first place. And you sir (Ron) are not helping our members by trying to place blame on myself. You, Ron, are becoming a real problem for the members at Chess.com by implying incorrect information. Next time you try to badmouth me publicly make sure you know what you are talking about!

    Regards,

    Don
