This is ridiculous !! It makes it impossible to move. At times the board does not even respond. I am beginning to hate this .. >.<
I noticed, that sometimes after a premove one of my pieces disappeared from the board. For example I took the queen of my opponent and in the next move my queen also disappeared, but there was no legal move to capture it. It just disappeard from the board. It's quite annoying!
I am sorry you are having problems because this chess site is the BEST in the world!
I can help anyone who is having problems if they send me a message answering these simple questions:
Have problem with move list when playing a game, only the white side apears. Tried to contact help & support to no vail.
I do not work for chess.com, but anyone who has problems like the above can get help from me. All I need you to do is send me a message with the following questions answered and I can probably help you (having experience as a moderator, programmer, and teaching moderators!)
1) What operating system are you using? 32 bit or 64 bit OS?
2) What anti-virus program?
3) What anti-spyware program?
4) How much RAM memory do you have in your computer? (Windows 7 & 8 require that you have at least 4 gigs)
5) What browser are you using?
6) Have you updated the Java to the latest version?
7) What video card are you using and have you updated their software?
Anyone having problems at this site needs to send me the answers to the above questions and I can probably help you immediately.
Day before yesterday I lost 3 games in a row.In the last two games lost the
game was played by somebody else.I was making move and someother
move is played on the board .I quit after explaining the position to my
opponents. They were considerate but no body would like to loose their
winning advantage and rating points for some unknown player.
This is not uncommon, but it is your responsibility. Immediately change your password for this site and your bank accounts!
Do not let your little 'wizard kid' set himself up as the 'administrator' and set you up as a 'user'. Also, the kid (or a friend) can put a program on your computer to give them all passwords to sites that you log into. The original intention of this program (which can be bought for $10) was to allow parents to monitor their children when they go to the Internet.
So NOW, you have to get rid of that program and set yourself as the administrator! Several experts claim to never do that, but you are safe if you use a password with upper & lower case letters.
Alright Don thanku.
You guys are full of shit and racist a american guy started insuting me and he kept playing I got tired and repplied and you guys banned me.
Watch your mouth or your IP address will be banned forever!
