Cancelling Premium

    Hello. I decided I don't want premium anymore, but it won't let me cancel! It is the annual diamond one too, and that is way too expensive for me to pay at once, though monthly I am more able to handle. How do I cancel my subscription? Please help, I can't pay $90 right off the bat.

    I suggest  If website is slow to cancel contact your bank with a dispute claim. Include a copy of your request to vendor. It has worked with other vendors except Ibackup which was rogue from the beginning. I have to contact Attorney General's consumer office for that.
