Is there a way i can set by board to show captured pieces ??

If you're playing turn-based chess here you can click on "details" to the right of the chess board

And from detail you could flip the board too ,very helpful

its sort of a hassle to have to always do that. i was hoping there was a way to keep up with the game a little easier

It's just one click away.

whenever I take my turn, I immidiately check the move made, then check my notes.  In the process, I also drop by details to check on the departed souls. >.<

make it a kind of a habit and it's really not much trouble :)

I like the way it is , just 1 click and you see the captured pieces ,and 1 click to see the moves , very easy to go back a few moves . Even when I play a lot of games it's very easy to go back  and see what the plan is .Notes  help too.
