So all this time, Pelger has been cheating?

They didnt "figure" that out,

they used there cheat engine on pelger and it took a while but they finally had enough proof to ban him.

Wow is right, he wasted there life for what.. 2 years? he was a member for like 2 years or something..

It's an alpha-beta error challenge: if one believes that the business model will ultimately need strong/titled players to make the site successful, you don't want to be banning anyone who is innocent. So ... you err on the side of having some offenders persist in the system. It's the right answer, if you manage it well. But it is a challenge, for sure.
