I'm in the habit of scanning through anything on google video related to chess. Because there is a music company called Chess records, oftentimes you get songs like this sprinkled in. When I saw it was called "Cheater Man" I absolutely couldn't resist.

The song is reeeally catchy. I've been humming it as I walk to the bus these days. I've also tried to interpret the lyrics as chess-related, so when she talks about burning his black book I think of going "out-of-book" or burning his book of opening databases.

I got a kick out of it anyways. I thought it would be a creative way to take some of the feigned menace in the Cheater_1 character, diffuse him a bit with this silly homage, as if she's singing just to him.
