How About "A Chess League" In Chess.com, With Divisional partition according to the team ranking? Same like english premere league football? To avoid show offs, certain eligibilities for a team, such as minimum of 50 members should be kept..

It's okey BorgQueeen... In world League Only High rated/International team can compete, i think.. I am saying about few more leagues for low ranked teams.. Like division 2, 3 ,4 so on..

i've posted for leagues before, there is another site thay does leagues, this site could do with 2 kinds of leagues-a 6 board league 10 per division-18 games per player and a vote chess league, just copy the redhotpawn.com idea

Good Idea (6 board teams) divisional play( 8 teams per division)( 4 divisions)easy playoff setup like NFL

what do you mean easy playoff? if you just win your group to get to the playoff it becomes a cup, not a league? I'm sure nobody on this site understands the word 'league'

Or perhaps people here use the word "league" to refer to an organization that organizes regular tournaments between different teams (or individuals even).  Does anyone have a dictionary handy?
