Chess World League: Teams, Team Leaders needed!!

Hi guys m a member of the indonesian chess team comprised of 51 members, is der a minimun member requirements to join this league? If there is, hope our numbers would suffice. Our group leader could be the team leader :)

Excuse me sir.I have only one question.I want to create, if is it possible, a Czech Republic Team.At the present Im the Admin of The Czech Republic team group ;-).Can I join to World League with "my" team ? Or I must waiting for a creating a new "Czech" team...
