I recently started being a greeter for Chess.com and one of my newcomers explained to me that they had been using a paid account on Chesspark.com for the past two years and recently were redirected here and informed that their account had been transferred.  However they have had their rating reset and do not have any of their games from Chesspark.com to reference now!  Can anyone tell me what advice to give them?

This is sort've a shame for the poor guy.

their rating should have transferred. if it didn't, they can contact support. as for the games, chesspark was going to shut down anyway and we could not save those games :(
