Have a look on the forum called "chess terms in all languages of the world" and especially posts numbers 1, 5, 15, 17 and 20. Un favor a alguien ! And please translate the word "perfil" in English for me...

Hi dragonair the spanish terminology for chess pieces are:

King :El rey

Queen :La reina/La dama

Bishop :El alfil

Knight :El caballo

Rook :La torre/El roque

Pawn :El peon

En realidad roque no se utiliza. Torre sí... Y reina si se usa pero muy poco la mayoria decimos dama
