Several weeks ago, in a post concerning "Sarah's School of Manners", I made a suggestion for a new link at the conclusion of a rated game on Chess.com to invite game discussion and analysis. The point was that I do not want my "silence" throughout a rated game to signal to my opponent that I don't want to learn something afterwards. I simply do not engage in commentary while the game is ongoing. (For unrated games, I do not mind casual commentary while the game is in progress.)
I am reposting the exact language of my idea in the next paragraph because it was buried in its original location. No one ever commented on it.

May I suggest that Chess.com introduce a button to "invite discussion of game" with the opponent at the conclusion, along with "request a rematch" from the opponent? For those opponents who are silent throughout the game, this button would indicate their willingness to discuss before they lose their cyberspace connection to their opponent.
