Baltic said it best!  Erik is good enough to give us guidelines of when changes are upcoming.  I have been to enough other chess websites where they don't tell you at all when a next update will be or even if it will be.  Appreciate the fact that the staff is so reponsive with telling us about upcoming changes, even if it is "just" guidelines; they don't have to tell us a thing.

This membership makeover, should I wait until Wednesday before parting with my money or should I do it now?

has no effect. the only thing i would say is if you want a T-Shirt with your platinum, do it NOW. or, if you want a diamond, do it NOW. other than that, everything will stay the same and nobody will lose anything by subscribing before or after.

I think the current membership is just a bit better for those who want extra. If you just want the extra tournaments groups and that stuff then get it later. If you want the shirt, gift membership and all other stuff then get it now.

Obviously Eric and his staff dont have to make any changes. In fact, id rather they not. I was just wondering where they were. I think we owe the Chess.com people a lot of thanks for the work they have done around the holidays to makes sure these updates are well on thier way.

Also, Could we see a new and improved and updated list of the changes?
