when i'm only 1270 uscf rating, how can one improve/harness/enhance in this area with the following my rudiments,

tactics, strategy, endgame - 40%, about 1 1/2 - 2hrs/d

pratice - internet & otb tournaments - 60%, about 2 - 3hrs/d
