This is a group that was started back at the beginning of the 2008 baseball season, and since than has been expireencing a lack of moral, I am asking that if you can call yourself a faithful, loyal, or even ( I can't belive I am saying this) a fairweather fan, join the site so that we can keep fans of their team no matter where they are in the world updated on the teams of the United States, and for that matter teams from around the world. If you are interested the link is http://www.chess.com/groups/home/fans-of-major-league-baseball

This is the year for the Sox! 2009
yep
Yankees are awsome go Yanks!!!!!
They think they are awesome because they took our good players, like Damon, Clemons, etc.
The Sox have it this year. We did get Smoltz and I am happy about him. Youk and Pedroia. :-)
As a White Sox fan, I hope this group is well-represented by teams from across the country and doesn't turn into another Eastern Sports Propaganda Network.
I agree with eddiewsox. We would like to hear from everyone, all fans and from all the states.
This is the year baby, the pirates are going 162-0. GO BUCCOS!!!!!
Go yankees
yeah yeah you don,t want to admitt it
How do you feel about Paul Machoun? Is he one of your better pitchers?
We have a good spread at the moement, but it feels like a East coast group so far
I've never heard of machoun, are you talking about paul maholm?
Sorrry, careless typing error. Yes, the pitcher.
Not many people in Philadelphia (or anywhere else for that matter) can say this - but I have been around for TWO Phillies WS victories.
Jamie Moyer - there's an arm for you - he's like a hundred too.
I also vote in the school where Terry Francona's kids used to go when they lived down this way. I am fortunate to also be a Sox fan and to know that a former Phil delivered their WS victories is awesome.
The Phils signed Moyer to a two year deal and just re-upped Hamels for three.
Twins fan here. With Mauer, Morneau, Gomez, Span, and Casilla we have an awesome necleus of young talent.
