Could not find it but perhaps someone has already suggested this:

Create an additional header topic labeled "FAQ's" next to "Fun" (above in the greeen banner). I finally found them at the bottom of the page but most people (I believe) look at the row of topics and their corresponding drop down lists to find the FAQ's.

I agree.  A "help" menu on the top row would be nice.

I third that (is that even a phrase?).  The links at the bottom of the page are easily missed by newbies.

what about the HELP at the very top right of the screen? :)

The help at the very top right of the screen is not as visible as the menu. Sorry.
