Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm in a rather relaxed game with a friend of mine who recently went to Copenhagen on vacation. She's been unable to access the site there. Is there a way for me to give her more time? She'd put vacation mode on herself, but as I said she can't get on the site.

In your settings you can disable the "automatic win by time", then you need to manually claim the win if you want.

Yup, that's what I do.  If it's a tournament / team match game I don't think it works, but for friendlies, it does.
