In Portuguese most of adjectives have gender differences, so "ready" could be "preparado" for men and "preparada" for women.

I decided to use the neutral form "preparado(a)", very common in open letters.

I left some words like "save" and "log in" in English they are more common and probably the button already appears in English, but should I get them in Portuguese instead? some of those words like log-in have no exact translation

"yookoso"  for welcome in Japanese.  The rest, uh.....

Don't have the Japanese character sets for yookoso/youkoso, so....I should shut up and leave it to a native speaker.  :)
